As a Certified Lactation Counselor based in southern New Hampshire, I offer in-home breastfeeding consultations to families across the region. Whether you're a first-time mom in Nashua, navigating a tricky latch in Manchester, or looking for postpartum support in Salem or Derry, I bring professional, judgment-free lactation care directly to you.
Don't see your town listed? Get in touch — I likely still serve your area, and virtual consultations are available anywhere.
A Certified Lactation Counselor is a trained professional who has completed an accredited program through the Healthy Children Project and passed the certification exam administered by the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice (ALPP). I am ALPP-certified. CLCs provide evidence-based breastfeeding support, help with common challenges like latch issues, low milk supply, and engorgement, and offer guidance on positioning, pumping, and returning to work.
You can reach out at any stage of your breastfeeding journey. Many parents schedule a prenatal consultation during pregnancy to prepare. Others reach out in the first few days postpartum if latch or feeding feels difficult, or later on for issues like supply concerns, weaning, or returning to work. Earlier support generally leads to faster results — but it's never too late to ask for help.
Yes! In-home visits are one of my most popular services. I travel to families throughout southern New Hampshire — including Nashua, Manchester, Salem, Derry, Bedford, Hudson, Londonderry, and surrounding communities. Visiting you at home means I can observe your baby's actual feeding environment and offer the most personalized support possible.
Virtual consultations are conducted over a secure video call and are perfect for follow-ups, troubleshooting specific issues, or when you can't leave the house. While I can't physically assess weighted feeds remotely, I can observe latch, positioning, and feeding cues — and provide the same expert guidance no matter where you are.
A weighted feed measures exactly how much milk your baby transfers during a nursing session by weighing them on a precision scale before and after a feed. This is incredibly useful when there are concerns about milk supply, weight gain, or whether your baby is getting enough at the breast. Weighted feeds are typically performed during an in-home visit.
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and can usually schedule a consultation within a few days. Urgent breastfeeding concerns are prioritized — please mention urgency in your message and I'll do my best to fit you in as soon as possible.
Let's work together to make your breastfeeding experience positive and successful
